Pageva converts PDFs to Word and back, and does a small set of jobs on PDFs. Everything runs on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account to create and nothing to sign into.

Email melonryou@gmail.com and we will answer. Telling us your app version, your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened is usually enough for us to reproduce it. The app can write those lines for you: open Settings, tap Contact support, and they are already in the message.

Please do not attach a confidential document. We do not need your file to understand a bug, and we would rather not have it.

Common questions

My export stopped after three pages

That is the free allowance, not a failure. Pageva Free converts as many documents as you like, at full quality, and writes the first three pages of each export. Pageva Pro writes the whole document, at any length, and runs text recognition on every page of a scan. The quality of the output is the same on both.

I paid, but the app still says Free

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed into the Apple Account that bought the subscription. A purchase belongs to an Apple Account, not to a device, so restoring is also how you move Pro to a new phone.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings in Pageva and tap Manage subscription, or go to the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends.

Is my document uploaded anywhere?

No. Conversion, text recognition, compression, page editing, signing and redaction all happen on your device. We do not run a server that your documents could be sent to. The Privacy Policy says the same thing in full.

The Word file does not look exactly like the PDF

Choose Exact Layout instead of Editable Word. Editable Word rebuilds the page as flowing text so you can edit it; Exact Layout places each block where it sat on the page so it looks the same. Very complex PDFs may still need a manual touch-up afterwards.

Is a signature added by Pageva legally binding?

No. Signing draws your handwritten mark onto the page. It does not verify anyone's identity, does not apply a certificate-backed digital signature, and does not seal the document against later editing.

Can redacted text be recovered?

No. Redaction removes the content rather than covering it. A page carrying a redaction is rasterised and the redacted areas are filled in, so the covered text is gone from the file. The trade-off is that such a page loses its selectable text, links, form fields and annotations. Pages without redactions are carried through untouched.

Where did my converted file go?

Every result appears in the Files tab inside Pageva and can be shared or saved to the Files app from there. Pageva never writes back into the file you picked; it always creates a new one beside it.
